From humble beginnings in 1973, in the San Francisco Bay Area, Klein Gallery moved to Chicago in 1981.
Destroyed by a huge fire in 1989, Klein Art Works emerged at its present location in the spring of 1990.
Long committed to a mix of nationally recognized and local artists, with a propensity for abstraction, the gallery added digital art and new media to the mix in late 2002.
At all times one could find painting, sculpture and the digital arts on exhibit at Klein Art Works.
